Hello to all... I finally got registered. I found this site from GOOGLE, what a blessing to say the least. I'm 35 and going to have a total hysterectomy & bladder sling on the 27th of January. Trying to find someone to ask questions of seemed impossible, but with the sisters at this site. There are so many different questions asked and answered. Some I didn't even think to ask, but have had answered thru everyones postings. THANKS, THANKS, THANKS to one and ALL for your openess....We truly are NOT ALONE!!! May God bless you all TONS!!!!!!

There are so many ladies that open their hearts to us 'LIW' and make the waiting so much easier.
My date is just a few before yours...21 Jan. And I am starting to get butterflies. But when they start to flutter, I just log on to this site and they fly away

Hello Sisters,
I just wanted to let you know that I found this site last night and I was online for about 4 hours. I am post op today and just had a phone call saying happy 3 weeks. The person on the other end made me feel so good that I was even in her thoughts. She had her surgery years ago and has been very supportive through this whole ordeal and now I have somewhere I can go without bugging the Dr.'s office with all of the little worries that I have. Good Luck with your surgery and just knowing that you have somewhere to go when you get down, feel good or even if you want to be there for someone else on the other side of the world.
Another thing remember we are all in this together so if you ever need anything just log in and we are all here.
