Cramping 4 months after total abdominal hysterectomy?

Hi everybody,
I am new to this site as far as posting, but I have read posts, and I love the kindness shared!
I had a daVinci total hysterectomy in Nov. 2013 due to severe endometriosis, and my ovaries are gone too.
I have some bad cramping where my left ovary used to be. Does anyone have any thoughts?
Do you think it could be adhesions forming so soon?

I have a post around here somewhere about bleeding and cramping at 7 months post op. My dr did tell me that she feels it's adhesions again. They are the main reason for my TAH/BSO. She advised that I take 17 grams of Miralax for a little while on the off chance that it's a bowel issue. If they get worse or don't change once my bowels are completely regular, she's sending me to a general surgeon to talk about removing the adhesions. Which makes me crazy because that's just going to cause more! There has to be an end somewhere! All in all, call your drs nurses line and let them know. Based on your specifics they will let you know whether you should come in or not.
