How much driving?

How much driving are you all doing? I've been invited to interview for a job about 50 miles from here. I'd go up one evening and have the interview the next day. I'd love to drive myself. So far I've been driving around the neighborhood with my firm tummy pillow in my lap.

How much driving?

I just asked my doctor about this same topic yesterday. I am having a house built about 150 miles away and I asked him when I could drive up again to see how things are progressing. He said anytime I feel up to it is fine. Might not be a bad idea to just call your doctor and ask.
Good luck on the job interview!

How much driving?

I'm just driving to work and back each day...about a 14 mile round trip. DH drives the rest of the time.

How much driving?

I am 4 wks today and driving is still uncomfortable. Last Friday I drove to pick up my DD(step) from her moms (approx 80 miles round trip) and was sore & exhausted. Then on Sunday I drove to my moms (about 30 miles one way) did a little better and was able to rest before going back home. This is the one thing that really frustrates me! However, I do better on the interstate where I can use the cruise control. But that is only for 10 or so miles before it is back roads to my moms & DD house. My DH for the life of him doesnt understand why the driving is so difficult (and honestly neither can I). Riding is better. I want to drive further each day but with the price of gas, I just dont know if it is worth it? Ahh...to be "normal" again....

How much driving?

You will be "normal" again soon! At 9 weeks I finally felt "normal". I've been driving since week one. I know that was way to soon. I had to drive my DS to school, 40 miles round trip. The worst of it was that I was so tired! Luckily I could sleep the rest of the day when I got home. If you don't have to drive - RELAX! Some DH can't understand most of what we are going through, hard as they may try. So we come here get encouragement, tips, and hugs!

Thanks so much! I know that normal will come, just not a very patient person in general! And Mary Rose, I think that it is a great idea to go the day before so you can rest before the interview! Just take it easy.
