I keep starting to cry
I had a melt down today. It happened when I called to change something with my works benifits system - they call it Martie. It is supposed to be there to assist. Well today they brought to my attention a mistake they made that I had to pay for. At least so they thought. It was a mix up with health insurance of all things, it all worked out in the end but it was like the straw that broke the camels back and now I keep getting tiery eyed and have a major lump in my throat. I actually cried today at work. I called my DH who calmed me right away and then came and saw me at work. I thank god for him every minute. I also read another post who said she wanted her Mommy who had past away and that got me since my Mom died of cancer a year ago this past May and I think about her all of the time. I really miss her and know she would be a great strenth to me especailly now. I keep trying to stay calm but it is not working very well. I am exhausted and am going to go lay down I can't even see the monitor striaght.
Thanks for listening, everyone.
Julie

I keep starting to cry
It's going to be okay, JJ. I just posted a message telling the same lady you spoke about that your mom is with you. She will always be there. Just remember the love you and her shared an you'll be okay. Everyone keeps telling me the worst part is the waiting and they are so right. We are all here for you and if you need someone to talk to just e-mail :email: me at anytime.

I keep starting to cry
Julie,
I'm sorry you are feeling emotional. It's ok, we've all been there and we understand. Your DH sounds like a wonderful man and I know you are very thankful and grateful to have him in your life. Your sweet mom is probably watching over you and very proud of you. I know you miss her.
Hang in there and remember that we are always here for you! You are in my thoughts and prayers.

Thank you
I called and spoke with the nurse at my Doctors. They called in a presciption for Wellbutrin. I have been on it before actually when my Mom was still alive and I was taking care of her my DR prescribed it for me and it worked well. Even helped me quit smoking - been 10 months now. I know I will be ok and I sooooooo much appreciate everything hyster sisters has done for me. I sure hope the waiting is the hardest part. I keep telling myself it is almost here - less then two weeks now. I have a doc appointment tomorrow to get cleared to give my own blood. I have MVP and the red cross won't let me give blood until the regular doctor clears me. My pre-op is next tuesday the 26th, the kids are going away on Sunday so I will be busy for the next week which will help keep me pre-occupied.
I have been very uncomfortable latly too which I am sure is part of the reason I am so emotional. It's like having minstrual cramps all the time which will make anyone cranky and I am still not sleeping well. My DH wants to know who I am fighting with in the middle of the night. It certainly is not him.
Well I find myself once again thanking everyone for listening and the words of encouragement.
Julie
PS - I wish there was a spell checker on here - tonight I just don't want to think about spelling. I know noone really cares. Thanks.

I keep starting to cry
Hi there sister!
I can tell you that waiting is really the hardest part. At least it was for me anyway. Once you get to the castle have them give you something to calm your nerves. That's what I did and it worked very good. I was a nut case, all I could think about was the surgery and if I would be at all the same person afterwards. Well I'm here to tell you that I am, maybe even better. No more bad pains, heavy periods or pressure like my insides are coming out. I feel so much better now, I'm 3 months post op and so far so good. So go head and vent all you want sister, that's what we are here for!!
