6 Months - Still Tired!

Hello Ladies,

It's been nearly six months and I feel great! However, I am still tired.

Not the no energy kind of tired, the sleepy kind of tired. I could sleep all day if I had the opportunity!

I know this surgery takes a lot out of us, but I thought I'd be more lively by this point.

Anyone else like that?

It's just that I developed an underactive thyroid roughly three years ago and your symptoms sound like mine at the time. I'd feel as if I could just lie down wherever I stood and fall asleep. The tiredness and exhaustion were just extreme but it was the need to sleep that was the most obvious. A coworker pointed me toward the thyroid thing and BAM. I hope you get to the bottom of it. I'd get a complete CBC as well.
