Hi everybody, I'm new here and not sure what to do.

Hi alicia ann... don't worry about navigating the site, you'll catch on quickly. Though it does take a while to realize just how MUCH info there is here. I still haven't explored some of the far corners and attic rooms in this place, where hundreds of helpful hints are stacked up against the walls.

Just stick with us... we've all been newbies here at one time. And just think... 5 weeks from today your surgery will be all over with, and we'll still be here to encourage you through post op!

Let us know if you have any questions! The Pre-op boards are good reading as well as the pre-op check points.

You've already figured out how to start a new thread so don't hesitate to start others if you have questions, concerns or support needs. Pre- and post-op members can reply to you here on the Pre-Op message board so we've got you covered. There's also a lot of information to use in this resource: Pre-Op Page. It's packed with hints and will help answer many of the commonly asked questions.
