LSH: Unrealistic expectation?

Well, we just called and canceled going with her. My hubby was going to drive and go with us- we had it all in place. I felt great past 2 days and even though I walked around house a bit more I tried really hard to take it easy and not overdo. Woke up this morning worn out and very sore. It's so hard for me to say "no"- especially for something like this- but I felt in my gut I had to.

Sorry to hear you couldn't go. I am glad you are taking it easy and knowing your limits. You only get one time to heal. I hope you get feeling better. It took me 2 weeks to feel like I could really go out and about by myself. You will get there. Let us know how your sister is doing. Take care!!!
