basically an enlarged ace bandage -- that will offer support across the tummy

Not To Sound Stupid But.....
I always thought the tummy binders were for TAH - I'm having a TVH with bladder repair on the 29th - would be interested to know if others who have had TVH used a tummy binder too - Good question!

Not To Sound Stupid But.....
not everyone does --
doing a vaginal -- probably not --
it offers extra support across the belly-- you might feel some comfort from it --
but check with your doctor if they recommend it.
