11 weeks post op carried something heavy now having pain again. Is this normal???

I am 11 weeks post op and feel great, back to work and I carried a heavy printer at work for a distance thinking it was ok. Now I am hurting again yesterday. Is this normal. I feel good, and didn't think about hurting myself, but it hurts! much like after surgery.
Now that I feel good everyone expects me to be back to normal and can't believe it is hurting so bad.
Is it normal to maybe not be healed inside yet? And how long should I not lift or carry heavy things? I was feeling so good, I don't want to hurt any more.

It wouldnt hurt to give your a call in the morning just to double check! At least for me, I got random pains for quite some time post op. And, even though you may feel good, you should expect internal healing to keep taking place for at least 6 months if not more.

Take it easy and try to remember that you had major surgery.
