new issues syncope, bp variations, etc
I had bladder pain after total hysterectomy and ovary. A short time after I've been passing out. My bp goes high then low like a yoyo. I sleep 15-18 hrs a day. I'm gaining weight. I'm not allowed to drive and I've become a shut in.
I see no one, talk to no one. I live alone and far from family.
Has anyone else had these symptoms. So far no diagnosis. This has been going on since March. I need some help

I have heard of thyroid causing bp ups and downs. Could you have bladder infection?
For sure you need to be seen by a Dr. Your GP and or an Endocrinologist would be a good start.

definitely press the doctors to find the answer. Sounds like a good hormone workup would be warranted. It could be thyroid, menopause (even if you kept your ovaries), adrenals, - the list goes on. Do not let them off with 'we don't know'. Endocringologist as Patricia suggested would be a good start.

Re: new issues syncope, bp variations, etc
I agree. I don't know what they've already checked, but to have been suffering since March it seems your doctor needs to be a bit more aggressive. An endocrinologist or hematologist may need to be called in.
It may be a combination of things. For example, I had syncope and tachycardia due to anemia, but pain would also raise my bp and standing would cause it to drop.
Sending love and hugs and praying you'll feel better soon!
