Surgery rescheduled from yesterday to Monday March 7

Turns out that you really CAN'T have surgery when you have the tummy bug that's going around town. I felt icky all day Thursday, and at 11pm started getting sick. I knew by 2:30am that I would need to reschedule because I was getting so dehydrated. I was devastated, but thankfully my WONDERFUL doctor was able to reschedule me for Monday. My 2 year old woke up with it on Friday morning as well, and it would have killed me to be away from him when he was sick. We've all had it now, and I'm feeling much better. My GYN has me under house arrest for the weekend so I can't pick up any germs. DH is treating me like a Princess already. What a wonderful man!!

Sounds like you get to rehearse some of your Princess training;
rest, rest and those fluids.

I'll be for you come Monday. (I'm 1 week post-op and feeling very good!)

I'll be thinking of you from the other side of the state. Be glad you got this bug over and done with before the surgery, and not after. You will probably be sore enough without all the other nonsense that comes with the flu.

Remember to drink much and rest often.
