8 weeks post op. tired, achy and colicky joints.

Hey.

I am now 8 weeks post op. I was doing really well, my energy was coming back fast, I felt great. However, I am now aching all over, I'm tired, having trouble sleeping, and my joints are very clicky. It feels like I'm back to square one again.

I can't take HRT as I've had blood clots. I'm taking various supplements and I'm exercising more.

Has anyone got any tips or experience with please. :-)

Re: 8 weeks post op. tired, achy and colicky joints.

Oh I soo know how you feel. Prior to hysterectomy, I had insomnia, achey joints, hairloss, weight gain, you name it..after doing research myself on ways to cure it naturally, I found that eating organic veggies and meat helped. Organic milk also. I bought paraben free lotions and really stayed away from plastics. All of which contain estrogen. Believe it or not..i lost 7 lbs and all symptoms gone.
Now post surgery and 7 weeks out it's happening again and I'm getting discouraged. I thought once my bowling ball fibroid was removed that all problems would go away. Guess I was wrong! Insomnia and hairloss are in full force. Am going through saliva testing now, so hopefully I can find out what's up. Good luck!!!
