vitamin question...?
I want to start taking Vit B6, zinc, folic acid, and magnesium as suggested in one of the articles. Does anyone know of a ONE supplement pill that takes care of this without taking a multi vitamin (my stomach cannot tolerate multi day ones) OR should I take them separate?
I already take other supplements. I take omega 3 oil, an antioxidant called Max GXL, digestive enzymes, probiotics.
HELP.....

vitamin question...?
B vits are best together, maybe you can try that. If a pill has everything, it would be a multivitamin. Maybe trying different ones could help, with food.
Calcium and mag. are good together also.

vitamin question...?
I prefer to take all my vitamins/supplements separately. I have found that the multis often have too much or not enough of the individual vitamins. And sometimes there is stuff in there that I do not need. I bought a seven day pill container that has slots for morning and evening. Once a week I take all my bottle out of the cupboard and dole out my doses for the week. I than only need open the container, grab a glass a water and I'm good to go.
With calcium it is important to take magnesium also as the magnesium helps the body absorb the calcium. However, that does not mean that the magesium needs to be in the calcium tablet. From reading the labels, alot of times the magnesium doseage is not 2-1 of the calcium, which is the recommended doseage.
