Hello all
Six weeks and feeling good. Dr gave me the OK to go back to work and resume all activities. I feel blessed that all went well and my recovery was hard but smooth. Had a lot of support. Still get acy and tired, but I can live with that. Get massages and take walks. Still cry , bit its good for my eyes. Grateful that its way over and life does go on.may you all be well and healthy.

Re: december 7
I just had a SAH on Jan. 12. While I feel pretty good, my belly is so swollen, sore and tight. My BM's are not quite normal yet. I am an active person so sitting around like this is so boring - and I have weeks left of recuperation. How soon before your belly was flat again?

Re: december 7
From what I have heard the belly will not go down for 6 months or more. While exercise will help, it really depends on your body. My tummy was never flat anyway, but I am a thin woman. I plan on doing many sit ups to see if I can speed up the process. But remember we had major surgery, so we have to accept our body and be patient.I know how hard that is.
