WOW!!! 60 lbs? how have you done this?? I am happy for the 9 I have dropped but need MANY more to go, to get to a better place.. I would love to hear how you have achieved such a great number!

Re: I wore my jeans today!!!!!!!!!!!!! (15 weeks)

Congratulations!!!!! You give me hope!

I'm at 7 1/2 weeks ... dragged myself and hubby out to the store at 2 1/2 weeks to find something to wear. Came home with a pair of elastic waist jeans that I could get on but still were not comfortable! Meanwhile I decided to just stick with sweats since that was all I felt like wearing anyway.

So I RETURNED those jeans the other day (still had the tags on 'em and they are too big now! YAY!) and bought a real pair of jeans - same kind but a size up from what I was wearing pre-surgery. But they are "real" ones, haha

Think I'll leave the tags on these and see if maybe I can hold out awhile longer again - that maybe I'll yet get into my old ones. Can't even imagine it at this point, though!

That's when I think I'll really feel "normal" again! Wonderful to hear that you've reached this milestone at last! Thanks for sharing!

I wore actual slacks today. They are a size larger than I normally would have gotten, but fit loosely today.

I wore my jeans today!!!!!!!!!!!!! (15 weeks)

I lost it by going to Weight Watchers. I've tried so many other diets but nothing ever takes the pounds off like that does for me. This time I am trying to have a different mind set. I'm going into this my remind myself that this is a lifestyle change and not a diet. I lost 80 lbs before on WW and then gained it back. I don't want to do that again. I have to admit that I am really struggling right now. My body is going through so many hormonal changes and one day I will have the willpower of Goliath and the next day I don't. I will eat everything in sight. The saving grace In that is after I eat things I shouldn't I feel nauseated and then I back off and only eat the things that r good for me and not junk.

Re: I wore my jeans today!!!!!!!!!!!!! (15 weeks)

You're giving me hope! I'm 14 weeks and can't get mine on yet. I've gained almost 10 pounds and everything seems to have shifted . I have my first chorale concert of the season on Sunday and I had to order a new dress. It's been a little depressing.
