What does this sound like?

Hello Sisters! I will be calling my excellent Doc for an appointment in the morning, but I wanted to run this by all of you... Has anybody else had this?

Last week I started having some vaginal pain during intercourse. Then I developed some fishy odor. Now for the past 3 days I've got dull, burning lower abdominal pain and a little stinging or itching... But not like a yeast infection. And I don't see any discharge. I guess that doesn't surprise me too much, because the last time I ended up at the Doc's office, I had yeast but didn't have that really obvious cottage cheese stuff. So I'm wondering like some kind of inflammatory deal, BV, or yeast?

Possibly Urinary tract infection?

I was going to say possible UTI as well. When I get them I don't get the same symtoms as everyone else. I usually get crampy in the lower abdonmin and then bladder pressue so I feel like I can't leave the bathroom. So everyone has different symptoms.

It sounds more like yeast or BV. I have had recurring infections every 2- 3 months for the last 9 years. The last several I had, I didn't have the discharge either, just the discomfort that you are describing. Definilty get in with the Dr, but shouldn't be a big deal

Sounds like BV to me. The fish smelll being the biggest clue nMaybe brought on cos you may have been a bit dryer than usual during sex. I think that metrodiazole is the only fix for it so I do suggest a trip to drs/nurse to get it prescribed.
