Sad at 8 weeks post-op

SooBoo, I am bawling my eyes out as I write to you and feel like I am in the same boat. Was totally the life of the party before surgery, but now just sad, sad, sad. Have cried for four days straight and yes I have a patch. I, like you feel totally different inside now, no joy at all. I am 8 weeks out and looking for some relief. Would love to know what your doctor recommends? Sorry I am not of any help, other than to let you know you are not alone! ANNNND, the hot flashes just suck!!

I am sorry to hear you are feeling low. I think a visit to your doctor is in order, to discuss how you are feeling. An HRT adjustment may be in order. For me, what I started on in terms of HRT dosage was not effective and my dosage had to be increased in order for me to feel like myself again.

Please see your medical provider about this. Help is available so there is no need for you to have to suffer.
