I am 34. 4 weeks post op. No ovaries, no HRT. I have major hot flashes and night sweats. Reading forums here, researching & talking to my doc, I have started with Bragg's Apple Cider Vinegar. 2 tsp in am & pm. Started last night. Keeping my fingers crossed. I drink with Cran/Apple juice to knock the taste down a bit, but I'll try anything. Estreven and others like it have triggered my migraines
