The crown is within reach

Hello ladies, the crown is within reach. Today went to pre-op appt with doc and will go Friday for pre-op at hospital. Doc asked if Aunt Flo had visited (had been having Lupron shots but received final one in March) and had the pleasure of telling him last one visited with a vengance and she better not be returning!! Discussed the surgery and he answered all my questions. He asked if "I was ready to be able to only have to come to his office once a year?" Told him "YES" Part of my family thinks I am crazy for scheduling the surgery one day prior to my birthday but I figured it would be a great birthday present to myself. I have been dealing with this for so long that it does not matter what day of the surgery just that it is coming!!

DH is glad for the surgery date but he is starting to stress because of the surgery and also because our son just had his tonsils and adenoids removed. He will have his hands full but hopefully will survive!!

I have enjoyed reading all of the posts and advise this site has been a "God Send" to know that there are others with the same problems and how we can help each other with our advise and best of all our Humor.

I was tickled too when the said " could I handle one office visit a year?" It didn't seem possible. I saw him at least every three months for years.
I'm also happy to pass by the pad, panty liner shelf in the grocery.
