TLH: Surgery this morning and I'm sick

Ick. I went to family dr yesterday and have an ear and sinus infection. Gave me an antibiotic injection as well as oral antib's. I've ceased all Tylenol and sudafed since midnight and I'm laying here miserable. Wondering if I can at least do some nasal spray. I called surgeons office yesterday to advise and nurse said as long as I'm not vomiting or have a fever, we are still on for TLH. can't even believe the timing of this. Bah!

I'm sorry. That sounds just awful. I can't imagine waking up from surgery with a sinus infection. My thoughts are with you. Let us know how it goes.

I am sorry you are sick right before your surgery I am hoping that you feel better very soon. Stay in bed and rest.

I went into surgery with a bad cold. My post-op meds killed it very quickly. Feel better soon!
