Can't wait till Monday!

Hi, I just can not wait till Monday. I'm sort of worried and scared but ready to find out. I'm having a colposcopy done b/c my pap came back abn.Last yr I had a tah b/c precan. cerv.cells and other female probs.
I had a Leep done first w/ a 100% chance all bad cells gone. Then other probs. arrived and 6 weeks later went to the castle for tah. The cerv. precan. cells were back. My Gyn. said he got them all.I was supposed to have pap every 3 mths. But I did miss the last 7 mths due to extreme prob. in family.
Now I've gotten the call of abn. pap w/ atypical cells. I have to be honest. I'm really scared that maybe I have vaginal cancer. I read on some of the resources that you are at High Risk if you: have had precan. or cervical cancer; hysterectomy; HPV;smoker.There are also others but those I fit into. It also makes me really SCared because it seems it came right back (six weeks mild dysplasia). It's like it was very aggressive.
I'm sorry this was long and I said some things I had already said. I would like any advice or support anyone would like to offer.Do you or someone you know has or have Vaginal Cancer? Please let me know b/c I've read it's rare but not unknow of if your at risk. Thanks to all of you Hyster Sisters. Ya'll are Great...

Best of luck from a FL sister just south of you. You've already been through a lot--remember how strong you've been in your other procedures.

And try not to fret until you have the test results--this advice from someone who has struggled with overworrying a lot, but less so in my last decade.

Hope to hear from you soon! I'm trying to enjoy this nice weather we're having before the heat and humidity climb to the 90's for 6 months. Thank you, air conditioning!

Hopefully Monday's procedure will yield good news for you. I pray that everything is OK.
The waiting is the worst! Try not to make yourself crazy with worry, and do something nice for yourself this weekend.
I don't have vaginal cancer, so I have no firsthand experience with that...but have you checked out our resources to find more info, if you need it?
