Same pain 4 wks after surgery as before???

Ladies, I had a VH about 4 weeks ago and still have horrible back pain! It's on the left lower side only and radiates to the left hip! I can't sit on hard chairs or drive for too long! Dr says it's from the position he had me in during surgery, but I had the same pain before the surgery!!!

I am sorry to hear you sre experienicing this pain.

Have you discussed it with any other Dr? Were you hoping the hysterectomy would resolve it?

Try using ice packs and find a good chiropractor. I have low back pain due to degenerative disks. The surgery made it worse (I'm assuming due to positioning); however when I get the ok, I will be doing some gentle stretching to help. I hope you get relief soon.
