Going back to work
I took it slow and easy when I first went back to work. I worked part time for the first few weeks back. I did half days at the office and than did some work from work. By the time the half day was up I was ready for a nap! I didn't really have any pain issues, just alot of fatigue.
P.S. I've moved your thread here to the Post Op forum.

Going back to work
I went back to work at 4 weeks. But I didn't do anything else ... I came right home and rested, then went to bed very early and slept 8-9 hours. Like Kim M. I didn't have any pain, just fatigue.

Going back to work
I went back to work very early (day 9) following a TAH. I worked only four hours and took it very slow. When I decided to go back to work I had very supportive co-workers and bosses. They did not let me do anything that would hurt my recovery. I only answered phones, processed payroll, wage changes, attended safety meetings, etc.
By the time I was at four weeks I was working about 20 hours a week. I did not go back to a full forty until week seven.
I do not regret going back erarly and I do suggesst taking it easy and working up to full time slowly.
