5days since op

Hi I had my op Tuesday, my first date got canceled, I never dreamt that I would feel like I've done a marathon every time I done a simple thing like having a shower, and washing my hair. The pain in my back and side after I had finished, exhausted me for over an hour. It took that long for the pain yo go away, even going to the toilet is a struggle , but each day passes it has got slightly better
