appetite recovery plan, thinking of my guilty pleasures

I am starting to get my appetite back slowly, but can't eat a normal meal or I get sick. I have been planning my guilty pleasure slurge for when I can eat again and my stomach won't punish me. I believe chinese food will be on the menu, or cheese fries, or hashbrown casserole, or crab legs...I have not decided yet, but I am hoping to have a splurge soon. Good luck to all of my sisters that aren't eating much yet.

wish i could get mine back, want to eat but it's just little bites here and there. i try to keep up on the water too.i almost always have a queesy/nausous feeling. had energy yesterday, so i did laundry and made dinner. made me feel somewhat normal until today...very tired. it will be 6 weeks saturday since my total hyst.

We are close in surgery dates. I am sorry you have the nausea all the time. Mine is just when i eat more than a few bites, but I don't often feel hungry. Sometimes I think I am hungry and then when I get to it I have no interest. My mental thoughts for sweets are gone...I hope that lasts!
Are you taking anything for the nausea? I had nausea a lot before my surgery. The endo pain was present most of the time. My gp gave me a script for (I've lost my brain cells...I will post it on here when I think of it. It's 10mg and it is for nausea.) Double wishes for our appetites to return. I wish I was having some kind of craving...

I too had problems before, since the surgery they gave me zofran to help. I hope you feel better soon too.
