Strange question to help make a decision.

It certainly is frustrating, isn't it? I am still hoping I can stick it out until menopause. My period started on time this month--first time that's happened in more than 6 months, so I'm hopeful that my "program" is working for me. As I said, it seems to be such an individual thing and the frustration is figuring out the what, why, and how. I hope you find something that works that will be a permanent, positive fix.
