Week 3 harder than week 2 pain wise after total abdominal hysterectomy & BSO

I do have to say the pain I do get like yesterday was because of constipation. I've always been constipated. Inherited it from my mom

Well done you. All that walking before breakfast. You had a lot done so you need time to heal. Keep up the good work. I had to take lactose for constipation in the early days. Been ok since.

Yup, just hit Week Three yesterday and the same thing is happening, except for me it's lower back pain instead of abdominal pain. I think it's from staying in bed too long yesterday. I am planning to take a walk later this afternoon and hoping it subsides.
