Adenomyosis -Curious if after surgery I won't look 4 months pregnant

I was diagnosed with extensive adenomyosis in Sept. I've had problems for years but not until the past year did I suspect a bigger issue than what doctors told me. I'm having mine out 1/10 but have been one string high doses of hormones to control the violent bleeding. Since then I have lost 10 lbs. not sure if related but I too looked pregnant. I'm hoping when it's all gone, I can get all my health back in order. Including weight. And I also have had violent back pain for yrs and its absolutely connected to my cycle! Praying that goes too!!
