Endometrial Biopsy

I had an endometrial biopsy in Jan. and drove the 4 1/2 hrs home by myself. I can't say that it was exactly fun, but I made it. I was pretty sore for the next couple of days, and then started a period that was brought on by this. Good luck.

Endometrial Biopsy

I had an endometrial biopsy done in January. I would advise taking Motrin before the procedure. You are lucky to have advanced knowledge of this procedure. My doctor sprung it on me during a yearly pap smear. I recommend concentrating on deep breathing exercises (for me that helped tremendously). I was able to drive myself home, but barely. I remember being bent over in pain and screaming profanity in my car (luckily I was by myself....lol). I also bled for three days afterward. I am however, glad that I had the procedure done. It brings peace of mind knowing if there is cancer of not.

I'll be thinking good thoughts for you. I hope everthing goes well.
