3wks & 3days post-surg. Back to Work& Feel great!!

Hey everyone: I returned to work today. (I'm self employed, and was able to stop home for a while before I'm off again.) I left home at 9am and it is now 2:37pm and FEEL GREAT!!!! The sun shining through my car felt so beautiful too! I didn't want to come home!! Even though I have no pain or discomfort, I did walk at a slower pace to give my body the kindness it deserves. I thought I would be tired around now, but cant wait to get back out to my next job. This job might require a little more though. I teach dance, and although I will not dare dance at my usual pace, I will give my student's dance ques only; they really already know the choreography. So dont set youself up to think that your first day back to work will be horrible. It doesnt have to be!!XOXO I'll update you on how everything goes tonight! HAVE FAITH!!
