dVH/RALH: one ovary removal

Hello everyone, I'm new here. My name is Cristie, and I'm 34. I am scheduled for a RALH on may 16th 2013. I'm very nervous. I will also be having my left ovary removed as well. My Dr is suspicious of adenomyosis. Has anyone heard of this condition? He said that my uterous was " boggy " and enlarged, and also had 2 small fibroids. I'm terrified at the idea of a robot doing my surgery . :/ help!

Hi! I had the robot for my surgery and it went very well. My doctor was excellent and I came thru with flying colors. On the mend and tho I still have some pain and I am tired, I have been able to resume alot of my activities. This site is awesome, so come back often and we can help get you thru this. Take care.
