4 months post hysterectomy: Ovaries have dropped

I have been having lower pelvic pain and pressure for a few weeks now, i went to my gyn and she did a ultrasound and said I had fluid around my ovaries like cysts have ruptured and then she said my ovaries have dropped way down since my surgery in December. She never really told me what all this means. She just told me no lifting for a while and just take it easy because all she kept saying was I don't want to remove your ovaries right now. I'm in so much pain , intercourse is painful also. Has anyone else experienced this?
