Back pain really bad week 3 post hysterectomy tomorrow

I am having really bad lower back pain it so bad I don't want to move. I went to see my doctor today for throbbing on my right front side so Thursday I'm getting a ultra sound done to make sure everything's ok but she told me to call my primary doctor about my back and I think I read on here back pain is normal. But I don't know is it? I am also bleeding too not a lot but some my doctor told me that's another reason I'm getting a ultra sound done too. Is it me? I feel like I'm complaining way to much and have so many things go wrong 😔 my doctor did test me for a uti but it came back I don't have one but she did find blood in my urin so waiting for that test result to come back. Will it ever end???

My back is sore more than my front! Dr said it all has to do with whats swollen and whats getting pushed on the most. Laying on my side and a heating pad do hep.
