Tylenol PM is an over-the-counter medication that we can get at any drug store in the USA. I don't know how widely accepted/available it is in other countries.

I am just over 4 weeks post-op, I've been getting up at 6 am every morning, walking for one hour every day (I've worked up to this), I'm very active (but careful), I'm not taking any medication, I'm not having any significant pain, I'm avoiding caffeine, and I'm still having problems sleeping. Some nights I fall asleep, but wake suddenly about an hour later. It may take 30 minutes or 4 hours before I can fall asleep again. I've tried warm milk, herbal remedies, etc. There seems to be some improvement this last week, so it's giving me hope that I'll be able to sleep before going back to work at 6 weeks post op.
