TAH 3 weeks post hysterectomy: Pain over pubic bone

I'm just over 3 weeks post surgery, and have a lot of sensitivity and pain over my pubic bone. I'm wondering if it's nerve pain as I have the large incision below the bikini line. The incision itself is not painful, just the area on top of the pubic bone. Has anyone else experienced this? How long did it last?

My sensitivity has been above the incision. Not much below. Until yesterday.....then I started feeling some below. Nothing bad at all but just a little more sensitive to the touch.

I had a vertical incision but had a lot of discomfort in that bone. I am 10 weeks now and it is barely noticeable and has seemed to resolve. I read somewhere that a retractor may have been used there which would explain the soreness. Mine would get worse as I spent more time on my feet.

I had a nice bruise on my pubic bone for a few weeks. I tought it was the retractors. I tend to bruise easily.
