The over-did-it-to-recovery ratio
I did a normal day of "work" on Saturday. I put that in quotations marks because I do direct sales, I had a booth at a vendor event, my choice, I am my own boss so it wasn't really required work per se. But I was on my feet for hours, had my personality on, and lots of jumping up and running around. Needless to say, at just under four weeks post op it was way way too much for me to have done. When I got home I could feel my pelvic area was swollen, and my legs were almost shaking with fatigue. They have not been used so much in ages!
I rested all day Sunday. I didn't do much on Monday. Today is Tuesday, and my outer vagina is still swollen and tender, it still hurts worse than usual during a BM. Ugh. I know I over did it, now I am just wondering how many days it will take to recover from my mistake! I wonder if it is something like, I over did it for one day, it will take four days to get it back...or even a week, or more! It was a mistake, but I had such fun, and made some contacts, dated a party....although I hate how I feel, I think it was emotionally therapeutic. This recovery has been tough! The slowest four weeks ever!
