dVH/RALH 3 weeks post hysterectomy: Spotting! Does it stop anytime soon?

Hi Sisters,

I am almost 3 weeks post op and I have been spotting since day 4 after surgery. It's only a little amount and it's light red but it concerns me! Today, after bending a little yesterday, I noticed that the spotting increased a tiny bit and it's a litttle more red in colour. I am also having some mild cramping all day. I was off all kinds of pain medication since last wednesday and wasn't feeling any pain or discomfort at all. Should I be worried?
