Focused on the positives...

It takes 30 days to break or make a habit. So with 4 weeks resting maybe we should think of things we can do in that time that might be productive, therapeutic, and good for the soul. My mother in law will be arriving the day I come home from hospital and I asked her to teach me how to crochet while she's here. I am pretty hyper active so I need something to keep my mind occupied while on down time so I won't get restless and do something stupid to hurt myself. I figure in the last two weeks I should be able to do some art work. That may be pushing it though.

What will some of you do?

Re: Focused on the positives...

I plan on lots of knitting and crochet.

A friend brought over a whole bunch of movies for me to watch, so I'll watch some of those. I almost never watch movies, but it'll probably actually be more listen to the movie and knit, then watch, lol.

Otherwise, I plan on using the downtime to catch up with some old friends I haven't gotten to talk to much for awhile.
