agreed about the estrogen. I tried going without and was really sorry. Not only did I have the sleeplessness due to the hot flashes but my vagina atrophied quickly causing a host of issues! Now I take Divigel and Estrace cream. Things are getting better now, but I caused myself a slight prolapse supposedly due to the lack of estrogen
