panic attack????

Hooray! Can you believe you were the first thing I thought of this morning?? Ahhhh my small life from the recliner/bed. I think some woman just are fast healers. I am not. I showered, ordered my family around and had to lay down with an one pack.

Re: panic attack????

haha I have done the same thing I wake up thinking hope everyone on the forums is having a better day! I know I feel like a different person I did lay back down once the kids were of to school and slept another 3 hours! and I agree and I do wish those people that heal faster would not be so judgmental of others I have a very good friend that had the lap hysterectomy and just had her uterus removed and she was back to work at 2 weeks but she also doesn't realize she complained a lot about various thing as she possibly should have stayed out another week at least! I feel she thinks I am crazy for taking at least 3 wks but you know what my body and my recovery is my business and I only have one chance to heal correctly! Hope you have a good day and cheers from one recliner boss to another!!

Re: panic attack????

Crazy sounds like a normal state, given what we have been through.
I have panic disorder. I had my first attack at age 32 after a very stressful year. I take daily meds and have not had a fullblown attack in close to a decade. I was honest with my doctors and very careful about keeping up with my regular meds even when I was just home from the hospital. Hang in there-- it will get better, I promise. Nine months out for me, no HRT, feeling quite well. Wishing you sleep and tranquility!

panic attack????

Hello my crazy sisters. I cannot even fathom going back to work at 2 or 3 weeks! I am exactly one week post- op today and woke at 3 with terrible cramps/gas pains. I can never tell the difference. I popped an Advil, chewed 2 gas x and fell back to sleep for acouple of hours. Panic attacks are no joke, I was so grateful my dr took me serious. Not sleeping can make anyone crazy. I'm from the Philly suburbs, 43, married with one daughter. Just thought I'd share;-)

I am going back to work on the 22nd so in 11ish days I am scared so very very scared! I just hope this bladder issue goes away by then and my back stops hurting I have read that a footstool under my desk will help take the pressure off my pelvic area and lower back so oddly enough I have purchased a Medela breastfeeding stool I do medical billing and I sit all day long most days and that kinda has me worried but I can get up and take breaks as I need to with no problem. My gas pains are so much worse than last week its like I have to double over when they are moving across the area of bladder and where my uterus used to be?? well as for sleep last night my sleeping pill took forever to put me to sleep but once I went to sleep I slept like a baby but it took me like 2 hours to fall asleep but I think maybe I slept to much yesterday so we will see what happens tonight and just for getting to know you sake I am 34 happlily married we live in Hendersonville TN with two children a moody 13yr old little girl and a 10 yr old little boy and I have 2 fur kid doggies great to have new friends that understand what I am going through thank you!
