Hi everyone,
Glad to have found this site. Very nervous awaiting my hysterectomy scheduled Nov 18. Out of work since Oct 1 for severe pelvic pain and enlarged uterus. Had R ovarian endometrioma rupture in Sept and got very sick, was being treated for UTI. Also have high blood pressure, hematuria, and multiple liver cysts. Endo found on L ureter following tubal in April, 2004. C-section 1998. Never been the same since. Was put on Depo Provera. Didn't have a period for 2 months then it lasted 29 days. Dr wanted to do a lap, hysteroscopy, & D/C, but so disabled requested a hysterectomy instead. Hope I am not "jumping the gun" as my Dr. put it. It is known I have endo, and USN show very lg uterus, thickened wall, and weird bld flow patterns. ?adenomyosis. Will try lap assisted vaginal hysterectomy. I am a mess. Got off Percocet and just taking Advil now for pain. Uterus is still huge. Of course I got a cold and am starting to get over it. Anyone else with these problems. Dr will only put me on hormones for 6 months, due to endo and liver cysts. Any thoughts or help welcomed. Thanks.

HI THERE..I TOO AM OUT OF WORK DUE TO THE PELVIC PAIN AND ENLARGED UTERUS..TERRIBLE LOWER BACKACHES.. I WAS FEELING DOWN RIGHT AWFUL AFTER WORKING SO I TOLD THE DOCTOR I JUST COULDN'T FUNCTION AT THIS RATE.SO I HAVE BEEN OUT OF WORK WITH OUT PAY!!! SINCE OCT.11TH. I HAD A GOOD JOB TOO AND I LOVED IT. I WAS A DIRECTCARE WORKER WITH THE MENTALLY CHALLENGED.AND COULDN'T DO ANY ONE ON ONE LIFTING OR EVEN TWO ON TWO LIFTING SO I HAD TO GIVE IT UP AND THROW IN THE TOWEL.. SO I WILL BE LOOKING FOR A NEW JOB AFTER ALL IS SAID AND DONE........... SO I KNOW WHAT YOU MEAN.I AM RIGHT WITH YOU!!! EMAIL ME IF YOU WANNA
