going to the fith week post-op/complete

Hi,
I am new to the site. Like most no one to talk to that is going thru this or wants to talk about it if they have.
This is great!!!! Gals to gals info.
My first two weeks were hard!!!!!!!!!!!!! I had a complete cervix ovaries, the whole enchilada. I had a urinary infection a doc told me (whom no one had told me specifics before this) I was going to hurt and sometimes worse than the day before and it would take a long time to feel better overall. I was very frustrated I wanted to be better!!! I got out of bed the same day of surgery and I attribute the fast recovery to god first, and my determination to get up. The Hormones are great!!!!!!!! I had one day of craziness instead of 20 yeah. I am on hormones for now not forever. Everyday I feel better mentally. Physically I strive to be better, some days I have to tell myself to sit for a while which is difficult for me!!! This last weekend I even took a nap and liked it. Since I am so strong on the outside I can say I am hurting but my family and friends see me moving well, and it is hard to get rest or help now. This is the tuff time, time to let things go and rest. I went back to work last week on my 4 week aniversary-part-time. I have to make sure I don't over do becuase on the outside I seem fine to evryone.yeah but I am still tender and have aches and pains and sometimes fatigue. Which surprises my family and friends so I have to remind them its only been 5 weeks.
