Exhaustion and sleep

I know its only been 6 weeks after a TAH but I never experience such exhaustion. I just went back to work and I'm so exhausted when I get home that I can barely lift my legs out of the car. I just drag my feet and my legs just ache. Then when I try to sleep i can't seem to settle down. Sometimes I wake up my heart races and i seem to be getting a flash. Has anyone experience this? I can't tell you how tired i am I just want to cry.
