3 Months Post-Op Aches and Pains all over?

I'm about 14 weeks post-op and I had periods of body aches (like you get with the flu) after my hysterectomy but now I'm having constant aches and pains all over - morning, during the day and night, so all the time! I'm dealing with a foot injury, back issues, a pulled muscle in my shoulder blade but also the all-over body aches and pains. I had stayed active with walking 1-2 times everyday from the day after surgery until all these pains and injuries caused me to stop this week. I also didn't have swelling with I sprained my ankle - just bruising. It has been 5 weeks and it still is very painful. It almost seems like my body isn't healing things.

Is this normal for a 35-year old after hysterectomy? (I kept my ovaries.)

Your body to s still healing. It takes 6 months to a year. You may need to drink more fluids as you heal. If you,don't have enough, it can cause soreness and stiffness. Walking and slowly working up,to your normal,self may ease so me aches and pains.

Did you keep your ovaries? Or maybe they are not working 100% if you did. The lack of hormones can cause aches and pains in joints and muscles.
