Re: Lets celebrate =)

Ever since my surgery I've worn brand new white panties and all the light colored clothing I haven't been able to wear in a long time. I know fashion rules day no white after Labor Day, but I DON'T CARE!!! :-D

I keep coming back o this thread, bc you all make me smile

I actually have a pair of white pants, that I will, for sure, be sporting next spring...I haven't worn them in a few years, bc of 'the fear', but I know they still fit, and, ****it, I LOVE those pants!!

Love this thread!! Thank you for making me smile!! I am post menopausal, but I remember my hours on the toilet, wearing three overnight maxi pads and a tampon and still knowing I had to run to the bathroom. Always having the doctor tell me I was so anemic, wearing a pad every day, just in case! I still wear pads, as my fibroids sometimes give me some dark blood, but soon I wont have to!!!

Thank you, all of you, for creating a little 'happiness'
...it goes a long way.
There really are so many 'silver linings', even in the early days of this journey. Its so important to give thanks and focus on the 'perks'...even the ones yet to come. I type this, as I'm sitting here, fully aware, that the jeans I put on, are just NOT happening, even though I feel like I look good in them. lol. So, I will have another evening in jammies...but its OK because, I love jammies!
WIN for ME!

Re: Lets celebrate =)

OH! I just thought of another one! Really cute nighties and pjs. No more wearing a pad to bed even on non PMS nights because of bladder leakage. So looking forward to that one.
