Re: Freak out time

You will be okay!! I had mine last year on the 25th and it was best decision I ever made. I had abdominal hysterectomy for large fibroids and kept ovaries. Give yourself time to heal. I ate lots of bran muffins to keep going. Really rest. the first week yes you are sore and tired. Tired last a while but in the long run so worth it. Wish I would have had it done 5 years ago when first told I needed it!! Take your time..... praying for you. It is normal to feel anxious. Keep in touch!

Re: Freak out time

Thx for posting, it sure does help. I keep having these contraction pains of adeno and I can only take tylenol. I told my DH yesterday, like being in labor without drugs ! Ugh. I see DR. tomorrow and I have alot of questions, hopefully it will calm the freaking out. I don't really feel I can talk to anyone about this. Glad this site is available. ;-) Thx for the encouragement. Yeah it spurs you to do all kinds of things if your able, mine has been so dibilitating. So ready for this nausea to leave !
