Nutrition Advice...how to get rid of sweet tooth.

I'm trying to be good on recovery to get rid of bad eating habits. I have not had fast food in over three weeks, but have a major sweet tooth all the time. Any suggestions in healthy treats??

That could be hormonal. Have you started HRT?

For me, it worked to decide that I wasn't going to have any sweets for one week, then I ate fruit any time I had a sweet craving. After one week, I went for one more week. In a few weeks I was rarely craving sugar.

I've been on the estrogen patch for almost 3 weeks. I had to have both ovaries removed. I'm sure it is hormonal, will that go away??

Your stronger than me. After a couple of days I give in and drink a Coke or eat some chocolate. I haven't tried fruit bc I need to go to the store.
