Question about Progesterone cream
Ok I hope this does not sound dumb but is there someplace specific you are supposed to apply it? It does not say on the jar I bought from this site and I am just curious. Sorry if this is dumb.

Actually yes, according to the jar I bought, you're supposed to alternate between your face, neck, chest and inner thieh.

Question about Progesterone cream
You can also rub it onto the inside of your forearm. I use the Happy PMS cream, from HM Enterprises, and they recommend the face, chest, neck, and inside of the arms.

Thank you for your responses. I did find the little booklet that comes with it and explains it all too. I just knew there had to be something that came with it.
