TVH Feeling to good?

I am 2 weeks post-op TVH, uterosacral suspension,and bladder sling. I have a problem. It seems to be an unusual problem. I feel great. I am able to walk a mile without total exhaustion afterwards. I don't have any pain. My bleeding stopped after day 10. I am still not lifting anything over 10 pounds and trying very hard to stay out of my garden. However I don't want to cause problems down the road such as adhesions, and parts falling down again. I see my dr. in 2 days for follow up but the answer to exercise is usually vague. Has anyone else had this "problem"?

I'm feeling pretty good too. Just trying to remember that everything is still healing inside. My discharge instructions said no exercise for 4 weeks. Now the debate becomes, what is "exercise"? Walking a mile sure sounds like exercise to me. I'd say nothing high impact with bending and twisting. Ask your doctor directly about your situation. Can I do water aerobics? Can I plant flowers and pull weeds? Can I whatever... That way he has to address it with an answer and hopefully cut down on the vagueness.

Very sound advice and I will definitely ask those questions.
