headache 24/7

Hey all. One sided headaches are usually migraine type headaches. Believe me, I've had them since 5th grade when I started my period. My daughter was diagnosed at the age of 4. My mom, her mom and her mom all have/had them. I have had some kind of heachache since surgery and that was 10 months ago. But, I am a migrainure. Also, someone mentioned caffine helps, yes it does but it also turns in to estrogen in our bodies as those of us with estrogen issues, fibroids, endo. etc. may want to be careful with that one. Good luck. I have gel caps of Advil and Aleve seem to help and drinking plenty of water and getting a good sleep, yeah right huh?
